Jill was responsible for actively managing all human resources activities when we worked together. She provided particular assistance to me in successfully resolving very sensitive conflicts among staff and providing expertise in group health administration. I learned a great deal from working with Jill and I have the highest personal and professional regard for her. She has a unique blend of natural ability, directness, common sense, congeniality and sincerity.
Jack Pokrzywa - Director at SAE International
It could be for her quick wit, strong work ethic, ability to deliver constructive criticism in a way that moves situations positively forward, uncanny ability to relate to people, intentional and thoughtful actions or for her genuine way of making people feel valued and welcome. What it really comes down to is her authentic personality and intellect. Jill cares about what she does, how she does it, who she does it for and who she does it with - and she has the experience and education to back it up.
Lori Gatmaitan - Director, SAE Foundation at SAE International

Jill has experience in all aspects of HR covering benefits, compensation, employee relations,
recruiting, succession, performance, training and development, employee relations, coaching,
culture, change management and organizational development. These HR experiences ranged
from growing and improving various HR programs, processes and offerings, addressing
employee relations issues, conducting restructures as well as providing the coaching needed
to help managers and employees grow, develop and be more effective in their roles. She held
various roles from the tactical operations of HR to the strategic leadership roles as a Director
and an interim Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). While the new career path positioned
Jill into HR, she still took on roles as a Risk Manager that allowed her the ability to maintain her connection to Risk Management. During this time, Jill also obtained her MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
These experiences gave Jill a deep knowledge base to successfully leverage in her consulting work. She is enthusiastic about her work and takes a direct and honest approach. Jill strives to positively contribute in helping employees realize their goals, managers and executives become better leaders and organizations become stronger.
